Terms of Service

Magnus Capital is operated by Magnus Capital Management Ltd ("Magnus", "we", "us"). We provide a members-only education platform, structured courses, market reads, and community resources. We are not a broker, custodian, fund manager or investment adviser. We never take custody of member funds and we never trade on your behalf.

A Magnus membership unlocks access to our educational material, community channels, market reads and any one-time perks listed on the pricing page at the time of purchase. The service is educational. Nothing on the platform is personalised investment advice or a recommendation to buy or sell any specific instrument.

You must be 18 or older to purchase a membership and to use any third-party broker integration we link to. You confirm that trading the markets is legal in the jurisdiction you sit in, and that you accept full responsibility for any trades you place on your own broker account.

All packages are one-time payments billed in the currency shown at checkout. Payment is processed by Stripe; their terms apply to the payment leg. We offer a 7-day refund window from the date of purchase if the platform fundamentally fails to deliver the features advertised on the pricing page. Refunds outside that window are at our discretion. Affiliate commissions tied to a refunded purchase are clawed back automatically.

Trading the markets carries risk. Past performance shown on the platform reflects historic or simulated results and is not a guarantee of future returns. You can lose more than your initial stake when using leverage. Magnus content is educational; you make every trading decision yourself.

You agree not to redistribute, resell or republish Magnus content without written permission, automate scraping of the platform, reverse engineer the software, or use the affiliate programme to promote misleading claims about returns. Accounts that breach these rules may be suspended without refund.

Members may earn commissions by referring new paying members. Commission rates, cooling-off periods, thresholds and payout cadence are described on the /affiliate dashboard. Magnus may update the affiliate programme's structure with reasonable notice. Commissions on refunded purchases are reversed.

Magnus integrates with third-party services (Stripe, PU Prime, Telegram, Bunny Stream, Supabase). Use of those services is governed by their own terms. Magnus is not responsible for the availability or pricing of any third-party broker.

All Magnus content, including course material, market reads, branding and software, is the intellectual property of Magnus Capital Management Ltd. A membership grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access this content. It does not transfer ownership.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Magnus is not liable for indirect, consequential, or trading losses arising from use of the platform. Our total aggregate liability is capped at the amount you paid for your membership in the preceding 12 months.

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify active members in-app or by email at least 14 days before material changes take effect.
